The Syrian-Lebanese Business Council Organizes an Economic Program to Explore Investment Opportunities and Strengthen Partnerships between Syria and Lebanon
During the visit program of the Lebanese economic delegation to Damascus, the Syrian-Lebanese Business Council organized several official visits to the Syrian Investment Authority, the Ministry of Tourism, and the Syrian Sovereign Fund, with the aim of exploring available investment opportunities and discussing prospects for cooperation in priority sectors, contributing to the establishment of sustainable economic partnerships between Syria and Lebanon.

The visit program concluded with the organization of an expanded business roundtable meeting, attended by His Excellency the Minister of Economy and Trade of the Republic of Lebanon, Dr. Amer Al-Bassat, Mr. Mohammad Choucair, President of the Federation of Economic Organizations in Lebanon, along with senior official, diplomatic, and economic representatives, as well as the Chairpersons and several members of the Boards of Directors of the Syrian and Lebanese Business Councils, and a distinguished group of business leaders from both countries.

The meeting served as an effective dialogue platform bringing together representatives of the Syrian and Lebanese private sectors, where opportunities for economic and investment cooperation were reviewed, mechanisms for developing trade relations and expanding partnership areas between business institutions were discussed, in addition to addressing the challenges facing trade exchange and exploring solutions to overcome them, in a way that strengthens economic integration and serves the shared interests of both countries.
