The Syrian-Lebanese Business Council participated in the activities of the Syrian-Lebanese Roundtable held in Damascus, under the chairmanship and patronage of the Minister of Economy and Industry, Dr. Nidal Al-Shaar, with the presence of the Lebanese Minister of Economy and Trade, Dr. Amer Al-Bassat, and the participation of representatives from the public and private sectors and members of both councils.
The event witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Dr. Laila AL SALMAN, Chairperson of the Syrian-Lebanese Business Council, and Mr. Khalil Al-Arab, Chairman of the Lebanese-Syrian Business Council, aimed at enhancing institutional cooperation, supporting economic partnerships, and expanding communication among business leaders, in addition to emphasizing the removal of obstacles to private sector trade exchange and facilitating investment flows between the two countries.
